GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

The Specialimo Travel Group brand belonging to the company Specialimo Unipessoal Lda, is registered with the following licenses:

• RNAAT 60/2006
• RNAVT 2847
• Transport of Heavy Passengers TP200746

 

All vehicles and passengers are covered by mandatory insurance under current legislation:

• Civil Liability Insurance
• Personal Accident Insurance
• Vehicle Fleet Insurance

 

3 - In tours, transfers and service at disposal:

3.1- Tolls and driver´s expenses are included

3.2- Tolls and parking are not included in service at disposal

3.3- Tours starting and/or ending outside Lisbon have an increased value of the transfer to the location where the tour starts or ends

3.4 - Transfers between 20H and 8H have an additional 20% nightly supplement fee

3.5 - Continued services after 20h00 are added to the driver’s meal value

3.6 -Tours do not include client´s meals, monuments and museums admissions, and official guide services

 

 

4 - We are not responsible for any stolen, lost or forgotten objects inside our vehicles

 

5 - We are not responsible for excess luggage or unusual sizes that, due to lack of prior notice at the time of booking the service, do not allow the use of the hired vehicle

 

6 - After the waiting time for arrival transfers, the amount per extra hour will be applied in respective capacity:

• International flights - 2 hours waiting
• European Flights – 1 hour waiting

 

7 - In any vehicle is forbidden:

• Eat
• Smoking
• Drinking alcoholic drinks

 

8 – Specialimo Travel Group has the right to refuse to transport any person who presents himself under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as any behavior which is considered a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers.

 

9 - There are conditions beyond us that can change the normal functioning of our services:

9.1-Weather conditions

9.2- Heavy traffic, accidents, construction works, strikes, or any other situation that we can not control

9.3- Impossibility to enter monuments for reasons beyond our control

 

10- Prices are subject to change without prior notice

 

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1- All reservations must be made by email, to [email protected] or [email protected] by the booking form present on the website

2- The reservation is valid only when confirmed by email and upon receipt of the respective proof of payment, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing

3- Cancellations are subject to the following policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

3.1- Up to 7 days of service date 25% penalty

3.2- Up to 48 hours of service date 50% penalty

3.3- Between 48 hours and the same day are penalized 100% of the service value

3.4- Lack of appearance (No show)by the client in the place, day and time established is considered a forfeiture and occurs in the total loss of payment made with no claim or refund

 

4 - Visits with official local guides should be requested at the time of booking

 

5- If there under age or children it is the obligation of the customer to inform at the time of booking, to insure their safety equipment can be provided for carrying out the transport, in accordance with the current legislation and in such a way as to ensure the maximum safety of the minor.

 

6- Specialimo Travel Group reserves the right to request a deposit in services considered to be a risk to the vehicle, such us bachelor or bachelorette parties, cheerleading teams, vinyl placement or other accessories, undertaking to return the deposit at the end of the service if there is no damage.

• Changing reservations are subject to:
• Confirmation of availability for new dates
• Change in initially budgeted values
